Refund & Cancellation Policy – Aayina

At Aayina, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Users can cancel or reschedule a booking through the app.

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will be free of charge.

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the service time may attract a cancellation fee.

  • If the service professional has already been assigned or is on the way, cancellation charges may apply.


2. No-Show Policy

  • If the user is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a no-show.

  • In such cases, no refund will be provided.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered due to technical or operational issues

  • Service provider failed to arrive

  • Payment was deducted but booking was not confirmed


4. Partial Refunds

  • If a service is partially completed or does not meet expectations, a partial refund may be provided after review.

  • Refund amount will depend on the issue and service usage.


5. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the service.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after service completion

  • Delay caused due to user unavailability

  • Minor dissatisfaction not supported with valid reason
