1. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel or reschedule a booking through the app.

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time will be free of charge.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of the service time may attract a cancellation fee.

If the service professional has already been assigned or is on the way, cancellation charges may apply.
2. No-Show Policy

If the user is unavailable at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a no-show.

In such cases, no refund will be provided.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

Service was not delivered due to technical or operational issues

Service provider failed to arrive

Payment was deducted but booking was not confirmed
4. Partial Refunds

If a service is partially completed or does not meet expectations, a partial refund may be provided after review.

5. Refund Process

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the service.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Cases
